Once you have completed the Athlete Profile Form, you will immediately get instruction on what to do at your very next workout and what your nutrition changes should look like. During that time, (roughly 10 days) the ESP Expert staff will begin creating a plan of PED’s PER’s PEN’s and once we are done you will have the key that will unlock your athletic potential.

This will all be uploaded to your account online or sent to you via email and your interaction with your coach begins. You will get weekly conference call and e-mail feedback from your ESP Expert coach and you can communicate through our Your Sport Total Coaching software as much as you like. Every week you will get on a conference call with your ESP Expert coach to discuss your progress with suggestions of how to blast past plateaus and engage each of your muscle groups effectively.

Once you complete the checkout process and you are a member, there are a number of ways to interact with your appointed ESP expert coaches as mentioned above.

For Gold Level Members the best way is through the “Your Sport Total Coaching” software application.  Workouts will be uploaded to your personal site and  you can pull them up on your Apple, Android or Windows based phone.  Keep in mind these workouts are not somebody else’s workout, this is yours! Its Your Sport! Why would I give you some body else’s workout.  You can track your workouts, nutrition and give instant feedback to your ESP Expert coach right on the app.
